The New Zealand plastic fantastic sculptures made a quck visit to the grounds of New Hope, Marlboro, NJ. This was a visit with a practical purpose: to experiment with ways of assembling the big pieces and at the same time introduce the teens at New Hope to some unusual uses for garbage..some new ways of looking at old things. The administration came out and sat in the sun on the bleacher like steps as the teens paired off and quickly and deftly popped together plastic parts, progressively higher.

Now they are planning on pipe dreams of their own using 6 donated twelve foot long PVC pipes. More to come, including a hubcap wall, past & future. Click here to see the Hubcap wall at the Stone Museum..dents and rust are a plus!   (click!) New Hope, for the International Bumper Sticker Show
