The festival was held June 12 & 13.

This year the hubcap show visited the festival along with 2 twenty foot Sea Serpent designs. Artists "Little Bob" Duncan (see artists index), Judy Wray and teen artists Dan Ramey from Milltown, NJ and Joseph Durniak (2nd serpent to the right) from Annandale, NJ have created Sea Serpents, designed to be interractive with children coming thru the fair. Using the same principal as "Colorform's", children visiting the fair stopped to color fish they created themselves or tracings of a myriad of betta fish and other selections on transparent contact paper. Their fish were cut out and they chose where their fish would swim in the sea.
