101 Dalmations

Tihamer Binner's sculptures visited Campbell School, Metuchen, NJ.  Tihamer has been a Franklin resident for over 30 years. He has had requests for his works from countries throughout the world. He has exhibited them in many places throughout the Northeast and made his works available for public display in commercial, not-for-profit exhibitions and business partnerships. When not visiting, the series of sculptures which can be seen here, sit quietly in his front yard among huge, pink dinosaurs. The family's home and yard are an Open Gallery.

Whether it's PVC, bronze or almost any other raw material, it can become reclining or flying figures, animals or futuristic fantasies when shaped by his mind and hands. His figures are filled with an exhilarating energy. He and his sons spent a number of years racing dirt bikes and this period of his life is reflected in his art. In his figures of motorcyclists, man and machine truly merge into one streamlined entity.
